The Select Board adopted Select Board Rules of Procedure and Conflict of Interest Policy at its reorganization meeting, the first meeting after Town Meeting. Copies are at the Town Office, at every Select Board meeting and at the end of this article.

Scheduling Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. April through October and 4:00 p.m. November through March. The Select Board provides 6:50 to 7:00 April through October and 4:20 to 4:30 November through March for unscheduled open public comment at every meeting. If you would like to have more time, please contact Marcia Hamilton, Select Board Assistant, to make arrangements for a specific date and time. If you wish to speak for more than ten minutes, scheduling in advance allows the meetings to operate more efficiently according to the agenda. It also allows others who have scheduled their time to to keep their appointments according to the agenda. Thank you.

The Marlboro Select Board meets every second and fourth Thursday at 6:30 p.m., unless otherwise warned. The public is always welcome to attend meetings.

Time is reserved for unscheduled open public comment from 6:50 to 7:00 p.m. If you would like to have more time to discuss your issue with the Select Board, please contact Marcia Hamilton for a specific time on the agenda. This will allow the meeting to be run according to the agenda and provide consideration for those who have scheduled in advance.
