Public hearings before the Development Review Board of the Town of Marlboro will be held at the Town Office on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 7PM to consider:

1. Application #11- 24S, Madonna & Timothy Racine, PO Box 29, Marlboro VT 05344, for a variance to place Sign inside setback on Rt. 9.

2. Application #11-25, Sisters of the Immaculate Conception, Camp Neringa, C/o Bennett Grant, 137 Neringa Rd., Brattleboro VT 05301 for a variance for reconstruction of flood damaged bridge.

3. Application #11-26LD, William Glover, PO Box 191, Marlboro VT 05344 to divide 6.7 acre parcel on Ames Hill & Fox Road into 2 parcels of 2.1 acres & 4.6 acres.

The above applications are available for inspection at the Marlboro Town Office. Persons wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Communication about an application may be filed in writing with the DRB or at the hearing.
